About Me
I graduated with a PhD in Advertising from the University of Minnesota. In my role as a researcher, I led over 10 projects from inception to completion in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams and was responsible for all aspects of deliverables (e.g., data collection and analysis, reporting to key stakeholders). I have extensive experience using various methods (i.e., online-experiments, surveys, and computational methods) to study consumers’ perceptions and responses across different advertising contexts. My latest research examines how advertisers can leverage virtual and AI agents to promote brands and social issues. Please view my portfolio for more details.
Before my PhD, I did my undergraduate and master’s at the University of Vienna, Austria, with majors in mass communication, English, and Spanish. Professionally, I worked at several news organizations (print and radio) as well as public relations and advertising agencies. In these roles, I developed research, data analysis, project management, and writing skills.
I see my research at the intersection of advertising, emerging technologies, and ethics, and am avid to move forward with my career in an intellectually challenging, fast-paced environment. I am open to research, analyst, and project management positions. Please feel free to reach out via email if you have a project proposal or if you’re a hiring manager. I’m looking forward to exchanging ideas with you.
